First, we come to you. We travel throughout the Auckland area, walking through the property with you, listening to your story and looking at what you have. Some people worry about the clutter, others worry about the value. Let us help you understand what you have and the best way to present it. We’ll explain exactly how the process works, the costs involved and what happens next, so you can decide if it’s the right fit for you.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll carefully organise, photograph and catalogue the collection ready for auction. From the tea towels to the garden ornaments, every item deserves the same care and attention. Most of our auctions are conducted online, so buyers aren’t wandering through your home. If an inspection is worthwhile for particular items, we’ll discuss that with you first.
By the time the auction goes live, we’ve already done the hard work. We market the sale, answer buyers’ questions and organise collections, keeping the process as straightforward as possible for you.
When the auction is over, we’ll leave the property broom-swept and ready for its next chapter. If you need additional services, such as a commercial clean, garden clearance or other property preparation, we’re happy to arrange those as well.
Above all, we never lose sight of the fact that we’re not just handling possessions. We’re handling a lifetime of memories, and that matters.
